This apartment is absolutely incredible! The beds are super comfy, the location is amazing, and the host has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's Netflix on two TVs, and even an adapter for charging your devices. Plus, the price is very reasonable. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Florence. It was located in a quiet residential complex with a beautiful interior garden. The apartment was spacious and clean, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The attention to detail was excellent, with everything I needed, from shower caps to q-tips, provided. The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They even helped organize a surprise for one member of our group by buying cakes and wine. The location was great, close to the train station and within walking distance of all major sights. It felt safe and quiet, yet still close to the city buzz and good restaurants. There was also a convenient breakfast cafe only 30 meters away.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony, and high, quality amenities such as a Netflix, enabled TV and a bottle of wine provided by the owners.
The check, in process could improve, as there was some miscommunication and a rushed introduction to the apartment.

The apartment's central location was perfect for exploring the city and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in the evenings, allowing us to relax. the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality bed and pillows to the fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the little extras, such as the bottle of wine and various brands of coffee provided.
One minor issue we encountered was that the kitchen exhaust hood didn't seem to be working properly, or perhaps we just couldn't figure out how to use it. Apart from that, we couldn't find anything else to dislike about our experience at this apartment.
